Malheureusement il y avais une erreur de couleur sur ma commande. Les numéros de 2 pots ne correspondait pas à la fiche de la peinture. J'ai contacté le service clients qui a rapidement admis qu'il y avait eu une erreur. Parfait! Malheureusement le colis ne m'est jamais arrivé. Pas de soucis, après avoir reconracté le service clients un nouveau colis m'a été envoyé (avec numéro de suivi) et celui ci est arrivé. Peut être aurait il pu y avoir un numéro de suivi au premier envoi afin de ne pas perdre le colis. En dehors de ça un service impeccable !

Je n'avais jamais réussi un tableau . Avec ce kit de peinture complet et très facile d'utilisation j'ai réussi à me faire plaisir en terminant un tableau et surtout à recevoir des compliments de mon entourage .
