I ordered a paint by numbers set that took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive. When it did, the package and the wrap around the paint box were torn. When I inspected more the box was damaged. I contacted customer support and they said take pictures and even if it was damaged I’d have to pay for the return. I wouldn’t purchase a damaged or open box in a store and I shouldn’t have to pay for it now.

Do not waste your time or money. Every part of buying and using this product is an abysmal experiance. The product itself is much more lackluster than is shown in the generated images or advertised pictures. Even when buying the print with the highest number of colours the painting is far less detailed and disapointing. Beyond the fact that you are not getting your money's worth in terms of quality it is also a very frustrating experiance to simply recieve your order. Was left waiting nearly an entire month for it to be delivered, repeated emails to costomer service yields only pre-generated resonses with a day or two delay before even getting that reply which is of no help whatsoever. Avoid the hassle and utilize another company, the product isterrible and the experiance unforgettable in the worst possible way.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Bad and slow customer support who blames shipping company for everything and does not listen to what i hsve to say. Will never buy from them again.

They took my order and then I found a company that I wanted more than this particular one. My email them to cancel my order within the very hour that I place my original order. They decide to ship my order anyways and now want to charge me a cancellation fee of 10%

Ich habe bei Davincifeed ein individuelles Malen-nach-Zahlen-Set bestellt und trotz Rabattcode insgesamt fast 64 € bezahlt. Darin enthalten waren ein zusätzlich bestellter Stift sowie – laut meiner Auswahl während des Bestellvorgangs – die fertig aufgespannte Leinwand mit 48 Farben. Für die aufgespannte Version wurde auf der Webseite ausdrücklich ein Aufpreis angezeigt, den ich bewusst ausgewählt habe. Nach einer ewigen Lieferzeit kam dann die große Enttäuschung: geliefert wurde lediglich eine billig zusammengerollte Leinwand. Kein aufgespannter Rahmen, nicht einmal ein Holzrahmen separat. Und nein — bevor jetzt behauptet wird, das sei „normal“: Niemand bezahlt fast 64 € (selbst nach Rabatt!) für ein paar kleine Farbtöpfchen, einen einzelnen Zusatzstift und eine zusammengerollte Leinwand. Die Webseite ist extrem irreführend aufgebaut. Während des Bestellvorgangs werden unterschiedliche Canvas-Optionen angezeigt, darunter „Rolled Canvas“ und „Stretched Canvas“, inklusive Preisunterschieden. Genau aufgrund dieser Darstellung und des hohen Gesamtpreises bin ich selbstverständlich davon ausgegangen, dass ich die fertig aufgespannte Version bestellt habe. Besonders interessant ist, dass der Kundensupport selbst eingeräumt hat, dass die Produktdarstellung und Konfiguration „klarer gemacht werden müsse“. Das spricht eigentlich für sich. Zuerst bekam ich noch Antworten vom Support. Nachdem mein Fall angeblich mit dem Management besprochen werden sollte, wurde ich plötzlich komplett ignoriert. Seitdem keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Für mich ist das Ganze eine Mischung aus irreführender Produktdarstellung, schlechtem Kundenservice und völlig unangemessenem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann diesen Shop leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Mittlerweile hat man mir 2 Optionen angeboten, ich kann alles auf meine Kosten zurück senden ( allerdings habe ich noch keine Ahnung wohin, denn wenn es USA oder China ist kostet mich das wahrscheinlich fast so viel wie das was ich bezahlt habe ) oder 20% Nachlass. Ich werde mal die Rücksendeadresse abwarten, allerdings sind 20% Nachlass ein Witz. Ich hatte mir auch noch wo anders ein Bild bestellt dues hat mich übrigens auf Leinwand gespannt und mit Farben nur 23€ gekostet.

I purchased a custom canvas. I specifically ordered the ‘pres-assembled, ready to hang’ option and paid extra for this option. I received a ‘rolled-up’ canvas. You can only email questions or concerns because ‘customer service’ is a robot. You can’t speak to a person. I received a response to my email and told ‘sorry, it’s a misunderstanding, this option is not available for custom canvases’ basically…good luck. Their ordering system is very mis-leading…..be very aware when you order because they will not make it right in the end.
