Disappointing - items on website look much better than in real life. Quality is basic/ poor, and quantity is very limited (thank goodness I ordered extra paint, otherwise it would’ve been a stretch. Bought the support/ stand to paint vertically, and it’s ridiculously small. From the moment you buy you start getting almost daily emails which just contributes further to a cheap customer experience. Check returns policy and you’ll find the dirt tricks: fee for shipping back, fee for restocking… In conclusion, don’t be fooled, it is what it is: a company sending items from China, with a glorified front end website to make it look fancier than what it really is. Had I known, I would’ve directly gotten the items from Temu or Shein, and the apple wouldn’t fall far from the tree.

In de reclame video wordt iets genoemd over goeie penselen maar er zitten bij het pakket alleen van die goedkope miezerige kwastjes waar je niet mooi mee kunt schilderen. Mort je toch weer zelf goeie penselen bij gaan kopen. Ben erg teleurgesteld

I started with DIY art club and although I really liked their results, I wanted to try a different company to test canvas , paints, quality pricing etc. I didn't like that davincified promoted in Facebook an image with 6 brushes and a storage pouch with text "this is what arrives", when it's not. Also I had a really difficult time with the paints as they came dry and I had to find a tool to water them with drops, which was a stressful procedure as a newbie in this area. Their 3 brushes are way worse from DIY art and threw them away after trying to utilise them. I'll finish the 3 paintings I ordered and will not revert back here. Support is responsive but nonetheless I didn't like the whole experience. If this was going to be my 1st touch with paints by numbers I wouldn't continue with this hobby. Also it's more expensive if you don't order the 2+1 and i expected what I seen in the Facebook ads.

I was disappointed with my experience ordering from Davincified. I originally placed an order for three paintings for my birthday because of their advertised Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion. I thought it would be a fun way to celebrate, but unfortunately, the promotion did not apply as I expected, so I requested to cancel my order. Despite confirming that my order was still on hold and production had not begun, the company insisted on charging a 10% cancellation fee. I understand that this is part of their policy, but I found it disappointing that there was no flexibility given the circumstances. Customer service was responsive and offered alternatives, which I appreciated. However, the repeated back-and-forth over the cancellation became frustrating, especially for something I had originally purchased to celebrate my birthday. Overall, the experience was disappointing and has discouraged me from ordering again. I’d recommend carefully reviewing the promotional terms and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

I was halfway through a painting when I realised that the sky in my picture looked odd. I then realised that the numbers were wrong. This made me query if there were more numbers that are wrong. I have contacted the company. No reply yet.

Paints are very thick does not paint on smooth.

Purchased the modern frame kit for a painted davicified canvas that I was gifted. Frame was missing the instructions and Davincified's 'Super Responsive Support' that is apparently available 24/7 have not gotten back to me. I have found the exact same product, including the images used to show the product, advertised on Ali Express for 80% cheaper. The description claims that it comes 'With everything you need included' but is missing the vital wooden internal frame that can be seen within the product image itself and is advertised alongside the frame elsewhere. The description also claims that it is 'designed for easy, tool-free assembly' which looks to be far from the case as a seamless install looks to be near impossible with the provided hardware. Upon further inspection whilst awaing a response from their super resposive team that do not respond, it looks like the frame I ordered is only compatible with the stretched canvas kit and not the rolled. This is not mentioned anywhere on the frame kit listing itself and is only found if you go to purchase a new canvas. If a product is sold and advertised as having everything you need it should also tell you which products of theirs it is and isnt compatible with. The PBN kit's themselves seem to be good quality.

Ordered (12th nov) and tracked delivery but shipment didn’t move anywhere for a week. No response when first contacting. On writing another email was told the item was lost in transit and another sent out (13th dec) - this was a Christmas present but not delivered until today (27th dec) and arrived poorly packaged in a damaged (crushed) box. Opened to find the picture tube had been crushed and left dents all down one side of the canvas. The picture is lovely (hence the extra star) but no idea how I can give as a present or display without seeing the dents!
