Great customer service food is amazing. It’s nice to know that there is something that my dogs totally enjoy and is nutritionally complete for them.

I wish there would be a more prompt response to orders that say, will be shipped in a few days, so I know when to expect the email saying, your order had been shipped.

My dogs do great on this food. Been feeding this since 2022. Never had an issue. My dogs love the food as well.

Have you changed your formula in your cat food?? I have noticed their eyes don't seem as bright, their fur doesn't seem as shiney, your chicken formula has SO much fat in it anymore, and now they are refusing to eat it!

I’ve been using Darwin’s for both their standard poultry formulas and their prescription Kidney Health options, and overall I’ve been very satisfied. The quality of the food is noticeably high, and most importantly, my cats genuinely enjoy eating it. Since switching, I’ve seen consistent healthy body weight, good bathroom habits, and they even seem to drink less water—likely because of the moisture content in the food. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is in their litter box. When my cats eat other brands, the change in stool and urine quality and smell is immediately noticeable—in a bad way. With Darwin’s, everything is much more consistent and noticeably improved. That said, I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5. I’m aware there have been past recalls and quality issues with some dog and cat batches, which gives me some pause. Additionally, with the kidney formula specifically, there have been a few times where the quality seemed off enough that my cats wouldn’t eat it. To their credit, Darwin’s customer service was excellent and sent replacements at no cost, which I really appreciated. Overall, I trust the product and will continue using it, but I do hope to see continued improvements in consistency and quality control.
