Hello Charles, It looks like your most recent email was in response to the message we sent about upcoming holiday schedule changes. We send those reminders to all customers because, even though your current order doesn’t fall within that holiday window, you’re always able to adjust your delivery date, and any change you make could shift your shipment into that timeframe. Our goal is to make sure everyone has the information they need ahead of time. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.

We’re truly glad to hear that you’ve consistently experienced high‑quality food, reliable delivery, and clear communication, and that everything continues to arrive fully frozen. It means even more to know that the Intelligent Design Kidney Support formula has been part of your veterinarian’s plan and that your dog has been doing so well on it for over three years. Supporting pets with CKD is incredibly important to us, and we’re grateful to play a role in their continued health. Thank you for trusting Darwin’s with her nutrition and care.

Hi Connie, Thank you for sharing this! We’re really glad to hear your order arrived completely frozen, even after spending the day on the local delivery truck. It’s great to know the extra dry ice did its job, especially being at the end of the route. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and are happy to be part of your pet’s routine.
