The experience has been great. I only wish you’d remove the seed oil and replace with avocado oil or tallow.

Customer reps are very friendly and accommodating. Food is packaged nicely, easy to access, and is of good quality (although my kitty is still adjusting to it!)

This is the third time our order has been delayed, with no explanation, until the 13th hour. I called to inquire about the order not being shipped and the representative told me I can always go into my account and change the delivery date. Not the answer to my inquiry. At 6:30pm the same day, an email was sent out letting customers know that due to production issues all orders were delayed. The product is great, but how the company handles problems is terrible. They should have sent that email two days prior. This is not transparency, it's trying to clean up a mess.
