We had a shipment on the way when there was a mechanical failure on the delivery company's truck(the order showed up gone bad the next week 😞) and after reporting it to Darwins they prepared a new order and shipped it within a couple days at no charge, our dogs love your natural beef dog food and can't wait to get more 😀 Thanks Darwins Team

Love the results I SEE in my pet. His eyes are bright. His coat is soft as silk. No bathroom issues. He went to vet for annual checkup and blood work is perfect!

I’ve already left this feedback when I canceled my subscription, but since I was invited to leave feedback again I will. My dog started puking and becoming extremely ill because of this food. He has been on it for 5-6 years. I wanted to believe all the FDA stuff was bogus, that you all weren’t actually spraying cleaning solution around open food, or doing things to put my dog at risk. I was wrong. You’ve lost my trust. My dog was extremely ill because of the joint formula. I was never offered a refund.. just free food… that I obviously am not comfortable feeding my dog. I was kind to the representative on the phone because it’s not her fault. And then just went in and canceled my subscription after the call. I am very disappointed with how you all handle things. It’s insane to rely on customers saying their pets are ill to do something. And I was told I was the only one having an issue with that lot number so far.. so I’m sure no other customers with that lot number were contacted. Wild. Take a page out of raised rights book.. batch test the food and then don’t ship it until you have results to ENSURE no animals get sick…
