Best food I’ve ever given my dog. He couldn’t love it more. His energy and day-to-day energy and health improved as a result of Darwin’s.

The food is fantastic, but you have raised the prices to the point I can no longer afford even the biologics line.

Your customer service is exceptional and so is your product. I've been a client for over 4 years and the few times I had a hiccup, you took care of it.

Great customer service, Darwin send two months of food within 10 days but after talking with customer service they refunded the second order. I will definitely buy more products from Darwin.

My cat only liked the rabbit and would not eat the turkey. My daughter gave me chicken she ordered to try and he would not eat that either. 20lbs would take up almost all of my freezer space. I live in a small home and do not have extra room for another freezer. It isn’t fair that the “free shipping” are for those ordering 20 lbs or more. Also- just trying to order food, one finds it impossible, without the litany of questions and not allowing one to skip over them. It is the whole reason I didn’t place another order, as it is time consuming and aggravating.

Thank you for taking the time to share this thoughtful feedback. We know how particular cats can be with proteins, and it’s helpful to hear which recipes your cat enjoyed and which didn’t land as well. We also understand the challenge of limited freezer space. We’re especially sorry that the ordering process felt time‑consuming and frustrating; that’s not the experience we want for you. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our team

Baji's meat came a day early and with no loss from thawing. Thanks for the extra dry ice. You guys are the best!

in the last three orders when I’ve gotten the dog food, there was no ice in it and the top packages were blowed up so I did not use them last month. I called up or I got on your website canceled, but you guys still shipped another l another shipment and again I had the top ones that were soft, but they were not bloomed up so I don’t know what the deal is, but I want to cancel my subscription again the next time I will ship it back I also took pictures of it bloomed up.
