The local delivery company has failed delivery 3 times in the last year. Fortunately the packaging kept the meat frozen until we could get the box ourselves. Darwin's agents have always done what they could the make up for what has turned out to be an unfixable situation and have finally agreed to switch to an alternative.

Hi Scott, Thank you for sharing this, and for your patience through those delivery issues. We’re truly sorry for the repeated trouble with your local carrier, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to fix the issue. We’re glad the packaging kept your food safe, and we’re hopeful the new delivery option provides a much smoother experience moving forward.

I like the care and thought that goes into the packaging and shipping of the food to ensure by the time I receive it in Hawaii that it is still frozen. It is a very perishable product and I would like to thank you for doing an excellent job.

Hi Joanne, Thank you for taking the time to share this. We understand how important reliable packaging is for customers in Hawaii, and we’re glad to hear your food arrives frozen and protected. We appreciate your trust and your kind words.

One of boxes had been ripped open and re-taped, also one of the meals had been torn open, I had to toss that away. This is the first time, I have had any issued with packaging.

Hello, We sincerely apologize that your order arrived damaged. It’s very important to notify our customer service team so they can assist you and document the issue. Carriers are required to return damaged boxes to us rather than deliver them, and we want to ensure this is handled correctly. I’ve forwarded your details to our customer service managers, and they will be reaching out to you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
