Hi Tania, The packaging was great, food arrived still frozen, I'm still trying out the food I have 5 cats and out of the 5 only 4 of my cats like it so far, they don't love yet, but I'm hoping they will, one of them has IBD and he loves the food, I mix it with a bit of tuna cause he likes tuna but the tuna tears up his tummy, still trying to transition him to raw only. They don't like the beef yet, only the poultry blend and chicken.
