I really love the product, I often have shipping issues, but it’s worth it when it does arrive frozen

My dogs go to the vet once a year for vaccinations, flea, tick & heartworm meds. They never gain too much weight. I don’t worry about what I’m feeding them and they always eat their Darwin’s natural food. I have no problem feeding them a raw food diet. They are healthy and stay healthy. I simply don’t trust another dog food to feed them. My only concern is emergency food if we have to evacuate due to hurricanes and can’t maintain freezing temperatures for the food.

Hi Sherry, Thank you for your wonderful review and for trusting Darwin's with your dogs' nutrition. We're delighted to hear that they've maintained a healthy weight, enjoy every meal, and continue to thrive on our food. It's especially meaningful to know that you feel confident in the quality of what you're feeding them. We also understand your concern about emergency preparedness during hurricane evacuations. Thank you for sharing that feedback, and we truly appreciate your loyalty and trust in Darwin's.

I received an email stating my order was rescheduled, with no reason as to why. It was pushed back by about 2 weeks, and my cats would have ran out of food. Idk if it had anything to do with the SuperZoo trade show and not enough staff to fulfill orders, but disappointed I didn’t receive an email from an actual person letting me know why my order was pushed back. So I then logged in and manually pushed my order through and there were no issues with fulfilling it that week so it clearly wasn’t an OOS issue. Then the lovely article about the lawsuit came out and more evidence of uncleanly conditions in your facilities - so I am officially done with this company. After over 7 years it is a shame.
