Their website helps you figure out exactly what you need for your pets. From breed, age, size, health and special diets to auto shipping, always cold deliveries and very helpful if contacted with questions.

I have been feeding Darwin's raw to my dogs for years now! They have very few medical issues, including teeth, and enjoy an active lifestyle full of joy! The best thing I can do for my much loved 4-leggers 💞 I am a firm believer in what Darwin's does to support our animal companions.

Darwins pioneered the raw pet food category with high quality and value for the price. I am a loyal customer. They have duck and lamb as protein choices which are hard to get for sensitive stomach dogs. Great customer service!

The delivery from UPS was dumped in the lobby of the condo complex I live in. It was there all evening and night after delivery. I saw it the next morning when I went to take Maple outside. This needs to be rectified with UPS to deliver to my door as usual going forward. If it cannot be delivered to my door because of lazy UPS drivers perhaps some other method will need to be implemented

After a box had broken open during shipment, I left a message about what had happened. The response from Darwin was quick to acknowledge the issue and correct it. I appreciate the care Darwin puts in to making sure both their human and animal clients are taken care of!

I would give 5 stars because the food is healthy and my cats love it. I would like to promote more raw food to pet owners. However, I will give 4 stars because the packaging needs work. The food comes to the house almost melted, and sometimes the packages arent sealed well and leak. Other than that I am a happy customer.

There's so much controversy around raw food that it's difficult to know which providers are both safe and reliable. I originally found Darwin's about three years ago when they were recommended by dogfoodadvisor.com after our previous supplier had too many out of stocks. They've been able to take care of my two dogs and cat reliably since then. They're careful to explain how they keep the raw food safe. I also like that they have different flavors and both organic and conventional meats, so I can choose according to my pets' needs and my budget. They've recently upgraded their website, which I've noticed from other reviews has caused some disruption for others. It's been fine for us, but I also would share that anytime I've had even the slightest issue with ordering, I just call and speak with their amazing customer service people.
