I have been getting Darwin's Biologics raw food for my dogs for a good number of years. I always appreciate the quality of the food and I know how good it is because my dogs love it. The shipping box is great with all the extra insulation, cold wrap, and dry ice to keep it frozen solid to get to my front door. So wonderful!

The quality of the food is so evident in my dogs overall health and their luxurious coats. The only problem I have ever had in 4 years is that, with all the intense heat, sometimes there isn't enough ice used in shipping. However, all non frozen foods received have been quickly and cheerfully replaced.

we have been with Darwin for many years. We love the product and the people, unfortunately the new ordering system is not user friendly at all. we had to call CS every time we made a change otherwise the deilvery would be wrong. In addtion, why do we have to worry about order extra dry ice for our shippment, it was not needed before. Please improve this system thank you

My vet recommended I switch from awful prescription food prescribed by a previous vet. MY CATS LOVE THE CHICKEN AND TURKEY! THEY EAT LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN FOOD BEFORE! And they were pretty spoiled before getting only premium canned food! I wish I had known about this food 20 years ago! We have not tried the other flavors, but they go nuts! I am trying to put weight on my 18 yr old senior girl...her coat looks great now! My 15 yr old boy is licking the porcelain off the bowl! THANK YOU for your product!

All but one of my seven cats--most of whom are unspeakably picky eaters--went mad for Darwin's food. Makes me almost as happy as it makes them.
