My 9.5 y old cat has allergies/sensitivities to chicken so I ordered the new rabbit recipe and she goes crazy for it.

I love Darwin’s and have been using them for a few years. The food is good quality and my cat has had no issues eating it. The only complaint I have is with shipping. I have had multiple packages arrive badly damaged. Sometimes the food packages open and then there is raw meat liquid everywhere and all over the other packages. It’s an absolute nightmare to clean up and greatly increases the risk for some sort of cross contamination. Of course I take extra precautions when this happens, but still unfortunate to have a product arrive this way

The person was great. My most recent purchase used the wrong credit card. I have cleaned up the payment cards to eliminate the one the was just used. I want my BECU debit master card used. I mistrust the shop card to make decisions for me and that is what happened. I made it so there was no choice available. I am not asking that you make a change but the card processed should not my decisions.

Where do I start? Product sent a week later than schedule. It was in transit for way too long and it arrived w all ice packs melted, meat defrosted and brown. Nobody at this company cares to properly ship and track their products. Mind you, this happened with my 1st order (in-transit for 3 days), I told them, and it happened again with my 2nd order. Nuff said

My dogs absolutely love this food and the price is great. They are healthier and my Shih Tzu's skin has completely cleared up from the issue she had from the store bought dry food. The dogs are happy and so is my pocket book!

Foodnorder was labeled on September 3. It arrived on September 8! No ice remaining, cool but thawed. You need to resolve this shipping problem!
