I continue to have delivery issues where the 2 day delivery ends up taking 4-5 days. I thought Darwin had resolved the issue by putting a note on my account to guarantee shipping on a Monday instead of a Wednesday. However the last 2 shipments have arrived thawed. Last time I talked to customer service they said 2 day shipping is guaranteed. But that is not true in rural Idaho.

My dog absolutely loves this food however doesn’t like the duck she’s a very picky eater but loves the chicken and beef!

For the 2nd time in a row the box came broken, meat was just thrown in the box with one small bag of ice completely melted. 5 packs of meat was completely defrosted and leaking. I did call and got credit but this is truly unacceptable two times in a row.

Dogs love their food items. As for me, I've had a few mishaps with shipments but the customer service team has been very helpful with resolving the issues
