Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful update. It sounds like you’ve been incredibly intentional in finding the right proteins for her sensitivities, and I’m glad you were able to get the duck and turkey options she tolerates well. Transitioning a picky eater is never easy, so it’s wonderful to hear she’s accepting the raw so far. I really appreciate you sharing the context around her recent bloodwork, too. We’re grateful you chose Darwin’s and truly hope this transition continues to help her feel better.

Hi Valerie, Thank you for sharing this. It’s wonderful to hear that your dog loves the food and that Darwin’s came highly recommended when you were struggling with other brands. Figuring out portions and getting comfortable with the subscription takes a little time, but our customer service department can always assist you if you have any questions. We’re grateful you chose us and so glad things are off to a good start for you both.

Hi Dave, thank you so much for sharing this. It’s wonderful to hear that your orders have been arriving on time and still frozen with dry ice; that reliability is something we work hard to maintain. I’m glad the shipping notifications make it easy for you to track deliveries, and it means a lot that you’ve been with us for the past four months. I also appreciate you mentioning how quickly our customer service team has handled any shipping issues. They’ll be thrilled to know their support has made a difference. And we love hearing that your daughter’s cat is enjoying the rabbit and beef, that’s fantastic. We’re grateful for your trust in our product and packaging, and we’re so glad you’ll be continuing with Darwin’s.
