Hi Lesli, thank you so much for sharing this. With five cats and three dogs, you have a full, joyful household, and it means so much to us that Darwin’s has been part of their lives for so many years. Hearing that they’re healthy and vibrant is exactly why we do what we do. We’re truly grateful for your trust and for being with us since 2020. It’s an honor to help nourish your whole crew.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for being a customer with us for five years. I’m truly sorry for the issues you encountered with your deliveries and for the frustration you felt when reaching out for help. Receiving thawed or damaged raw food is unacceptable, and so is feeling unheard when you try to resolve it. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns about food safety and handling very seriously. We’ve been working closely with our carriers to address packaging and transit issues, and we’re also improving our internal processes to ensure that situations like the ones you described are handled promptly and with accountability. I understand how disappointing this was, especially after so many years with us, and I’m sorry we fell short of the standard you and your cat deserve.

Hi Judith, thank you so much for sharing this. It’s wonderful to hear that your dog has been enjoying Darwin’s since he was a pup, and at 13, staying healthy (even if slowing down a bit) is something to celebrate. We’re also glad your holistic vet encouraged you to continue Darwin’s diet to help keep him at a healthy weight. We truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us over the years. It means a lot to know that your experience with our team and your autoship has consistently felt attentive and helpful. We’re grateful to be part of your dog’s journey.

It’s wonderful to hear that you’ve consistently found Darwin’s to be on time, communicative, and supportive when something goes wrong. Situations like a box sitting out too long or an old address still on file can be stressful, and we’re glad our team was able to step in quickly and make things right for you at no charge. Most of all, we love hearing that your dog absolutely enjoys the food. Thank you.

Hi Kimmie, thank you so much for sharing Jackson’s story. An 11‑year‑old Great Dane with that much health and enthusiasm is something truly special, and it means a lot to hear how much he loves his Darwin’s meals. Wanting to keep him healthy and by your side for as long as possible is something we deeply understand, and we’re honored to play a small part in his care. Hearing that his vet thinks he may become the oldest Dane he’s ever seen is incredible. What a testament to the love and dedication you’ve given him.
