The site is soo good. First I was a little apprehensive about it but it’s very professional. The package came really fast and it’s was during the coronavirus period plus I don’t live in America. I would definitely buy something else because the belts are very qualitative and not that expensive.

This is the second time I ordered from Darkincloset. There was a mistake in my order and they were quick to propose a solution. The staff was very helpful all along and polite. I'm very satisfied with the customer service! Thank you very much!

From what I can understand, Dark In Closet is a Chinese brand (and possibly Taobao exclusive brands, I'm not entirely familiar with all the brands they stock) reseller. These brands usually requires some sort of shopping service for people who live outside of China. They are making these great Chinese brands more easily accessible and I'm so thankful. But this is something to keep in mind when dealing with the website. I'm not 100% familiar with their processes - whether they have the stock on hand in their own warehouse, or if they immediately place a new order with the Chinese brand in question when someone orders on the Dark In Closet website. Usually shopping services are pretty forthcoming with that sort of information (to avoid disappointment if certain sizes are out of stock and detail protocol with refunds in that case, etc, etc) but I couldn't find that exact information on their website. All of that aside, I'm 100% satisfied with the service Dark In Closet provided. Their website is very easy to navigate and I can confirm that the sizing charts on the items I ordered are accurate (for reference, they were Pentagramme men's vest and coat, and Devil fashion men's shirt. I ordered these for my partner). The communications with the staff were polite and I had no issues whatsoever. The staff emailed me shortly after placing the order to check when I needed the items by. I explained to them that they were for an event in August so they weren't required urgently. However, they were still very quick to process the order and it was shipped out 6 days after placing the order. A tracking number was provided with the shipping notification. On the date the package was scheduled to arrive, the staff kindly emailed me to check if I received the package. However, due to delays with the postal service, the item arrived 9 days late (this is due to the pandemic and does not reflect on Dark In Closet's service). For reference, I ordered the items on May 6th and they arrived to me, in Australia, on May 22nd. The quality of the items I ordered is very nice, it's the first time I've ordered items from Pentagramme and Devil Fashion brands. Dark In Closet also carry Punk Rave brand which is a fabulous brand that I've purchased from many times (using their Australian reseller) and I can vouch for the excellent quality of Punk Rave clothing. For those who think that fake reviews are posted for this site, I can safely say that this is not a fake review! I wanted to add my opinion here because I actually used this particular review site before deciding to purchase via Dark In Closet. I wanted to place an order with Dark In Closet because I could not find these particular items through the sites I usually purchase from. I think that some people have had some negative experiences with this seller because there could have been a stock issue from the original Chinese manufacturer rather than Dark In Closet themselves (just hazarding a guess). But that's always a possible risk with resellers/shopping service, as they are acting like a middle-man in the transaction. Items shipped quickly despite the COVID-19 crisis (and I'd have been perfectly happy to wait until it had passed), and I was very pleased with them when they arrived. I have ordered from here in the past and am likely to do so in the future. Thank you DarkInCloset!

So I really wanted to like this place.. the reviews were high.. The clothes looked great, but there are some pretty serious underlying problems. First off if they are out of an item in your size, you’re only going to find out too late.. then they begin holding your money for ransom after refusing to cancel your order. I was told a day after my order was supposed to ship (that’s right, they already took my payment for something they didn’t have) that they needed me to select different items because they couldn’t ship out of stock Merch, so I cancelled my order there on the spot and bought my outfit somewhere else. Fast forward to the next day, and I get an email from them asking me why I canceled.. and that they wanted to make it right. I was polite, told them I would like my money back please, and that I’d try again with them later (not even a slight chance now). Fast forward one week (after telling them the same thing every day), and they are still trying to ask me what is wrong after I’d clearly told them past ad nauseam that a full refund is the only thing that will fix this. I’ve requested a refund several times, it’s as if they aren’t reading my responses. Luckily I used PayPal, because this “business” would never willingly return your money. They would rather string you along and hope you get tired of their harassment. If you guys would have just returned my money I’d have respected you all a lot more and would have been happy to come back.. but this treatment isn’t right. -10/10 would rather go spelunking down a human sized garbage disposal drain. Edit: 05/20/2020 Quite the quick response to my post here on Trustpilot.. they immediately e-mailed me that night stating that they would return my money.. but only if I took down this review. At this point I just can’t help but laugh. I’m beginning to think they hire out someone to write and post positive reviews on their page here..

I love this store there is so much stuff that I want to buy in my style and this store has it all this was my first time shopping from them and I am very satisfied with my purchase it even came in 3 days early.
