Impossible returns. Their clothing is made of much cheaper materials than they look in the pictures, and some of the pictures are deliberately misleading in terms of design. My items arrived within a month, so I didn't have the long delay that some folks have reported. That was the only positive part of my experience with them. It was a nightmare trying to get an RMA: they began making up excuses as to why I couldn't return anything, then they wanted photographs, then they claimed I'd have to pay a fortune to ship my items to China AND they expected me to pay the import tax. They offered me $25 instead of the $125 I'd spent on the item I wanted to return. I finally agreed to that just to be done with it all, but they never paid the $25 and have just ignored my messages since then. Just shop at Etsy. At least they allow returns.
