We are very happy with the ordered item. We received it in a quite short time, especially considering it was a custom order. The product is of excellent quality and looks great, and even the sizing is on point. The customer service was always of great help. Would highly recommend and will definitely order again from them.

I love the quality of their items. They don’t feel like the seams are going to rip or pull in one wear. I want to also commend the customer service team for putting responding to my messages promptly. You guys are amazing. I will be buying from you again. Thank you so much.

I am very happy with all the items I purchased (a necklace; a dress and a jacket by punkrave). The fit is great and the quality appears excellent. This was my first order from DarkinCloset and I am looking forward to shopping here again because they provided a very nice customer service - there was a small problem with one of the items and they messaged me about it. The communication was fast, kind and we were quickly able to proceed with my order. I really appreciate such customer service :).

Ordered three masks with no issues. They came faster than I expected, which was an awesome suprise. The masks themselves are beautifully made, wonderful craftsmanship. They definitely complete a look. My only complaint would be of the red spiked mask. I find the fabric not as breathable, and it's quite hot to wear for longer periods. I feel a light cotton layer inside the mask would solve this issue. The prices are high, but not unreasonable and the quality is not lacking. Would 10/10 order from again.
