Trash. My friend directed me to this site, and I fell in love with some of the products. She asked me to order something for her birthday and I wanted to get a few things also. So I submitted my order and then waited. I sorta expected there to be shipping delays but when nothing showed up, I checked my email to see if I got any notifications. Turns out they were out of a few things and asked if I wanted to exchange them for something else. Obviously I was bummed but stuff happens, so I said I didn’t need them and just wanted a refund for the items they didn’t have in stock. They never answered me after that and I waited a week to reach out to them again because my friend and I still never received any product. When I reached out to DITC about it, they offered me a coupon. A coupon. Not my refund. Not even a store credit. A COUPON ? I said that I would just like my refund and that if I ever received anything that I would return it without even opening the box because by now I was already just DONE with the runaround. It’s been over a month now and we o my received a single necklace... it’s not even the one I ordered. So I left a review of my experience, much like I am with this one, and I finally got a response... They asked me to TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW and they would send me the refund. I’m pretty sure that’s just extortion but I’ll leave that for you to decide. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Scam, I ordered comforters off this website in September, and while I didn't notice a problem until October of customer service trying to contact me about out of stocks, I'm not sure why it is even listed as available on site if it is out of stock. Not to mention I was back and forth with the customer service rep for a long time as they were unclear in what they were asking. I only ever got one replacement comforter for the original 2 I ordered and am out 170 some odd dollars now with no product in sight. I'm so frustrated and want my money back because it was my friend's silly specific present they wanted from this site exactly. Who has the time to follow up over and over and over on a purchase like this? Not me. Unfortunately I work a hectic schedule and can't spend all this time begging for something that I already PAID FOR. So yeah, I'm a 'little' steamed.

Customer service is a joke. I ordered 2 bedsets for a friends birthday, they reached out to me to let me know that they were out of one set and asked for me to select another- so I did. No issue there, I appreciated the contact. However they kept going back and forth with me because it seemed that every other item I picked was out of stock. Once I finally found one that was available, they said they would send it out. It took a month before I got the first set [both were supposed to be shipped together] so I waited for the other since I know shipping and delivery has been crazy this time of year. It's been over 2 months now and I still never received anything. DITC doesn't have a customer service number, so I'm stuck with only emailing and hoping for a response. I emailed again and again, asking for a refund since we never received the second item and I feel like they have been avoiding me ever since. If anyone has any idea how to reach these people, I'd appreciate it.
