I have been ordering from Dark In Closet for the past 5 years, and they never disappoint. Their orders are timely and their customer service is always attentive and cordial. It is the best place to find a conglomeration of gothic fashion that actually fits my small figure! I love them!

Great company and apparel! I ordered three items, a men's shirt, pants and skirt. The shirt and pants are awesome! They're great quality and I wear them often. The skirt was unavailable at the time, so the company shipped it to me separately once it came in stock at no extra charge. Great customer service! The skirt is awesome, too. I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter ordered a prom dress from them and it was very difficult to even get it on and keep it up so she wanted to return it and possibly order a new one from them. We contacted them the very same day it was delivered to us and even though they say you can return within a week - you can’t! They said since it was a prom dress it isn’t returnable because they are custom made. What? We just ordered a size small from their options, no custom measurements at all! Now we are out $200 and have a dress we can’t even use. Horrible customer service - will never order from them again and I will continue to tell others not to as well! Update - we emailed them again and explained the item doesn’t fit correctly and could they do something - we were told they still won’t take it back but we can take it to have it tailored ourselves and they would give us a $10 store credit - like that would even cover a small part of a tailor’s fee or like we would wan to order from them again! After this I’ve been told from others that they keep their reviews good by basically only agreeing to help/refund people who take down negative reviews. Buyer beware.

The dress came just as expected and didn’t leave any expectations. It is so pretty qnd just as the pictures show! The shipping went surprisingly fast, and while it’s true that it may be a bit expensive, it is an item i’m gonna cherish and take good care of. Was a bit skeptical about the whole thing but it went amazing. Highly recommended:)
