Instead of accepting a return they told me to resell the item on ebay. Here is the email: Is it ok that we refund you 15 dollars and you keep it? You can sell it to others on eBay or send it to your friends as a gift. considering I spent $60, 15 is a joke. They then said they were sending me the refund and never sent it. I had to follow up for months. They didn't ask where to credit the 15. After months of this, they offer me a COUPON to their site. lol what? It was only after I threatened to email the brands they worked with that they finally gave me the refund.
