Would give negative stars. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for one lil pen. An when it said it was here an it's wasn't outside I tried to call. They literally hung up on me multiple times. Still no reply from them. Do not buy s*** from here. Just go to the store.

Horrid customer service, failed promises, and a damaged package. Nice.

Due to the covid 19 situation they claimed they were running behind 2 to 3 days. Well, I've been waiting almost over a week now and still nothing g. I understand it's too much for much you guys. But don't lie to customers because you cant hustle.

I stand corrected. Review wasn't showing up, but it is now. Thank you for allowing feedback. Surprised you haven't had more complaints given that Puffco support is nonexistent. Anyway, sorry about the mixup.

Hey Carl, We don't sensor or moderate reviews except for foul language. Plenty of products have negative feedback :) We've sold thousands of Puffco Peaks and have had very few complaints. If you have any issues with any device purchased at DankStop, don't hesitate to give us a shout via [email protected] -DankStop

Just go somewhere else and save the trouble. Boomheadshop shipped my product cheaper and faster. If I knew it would take over a week to ship a package I would’ve never ordered anything on here.

I’ve ordered twice and had no problems. Fast shipping. Don’t ship on weekends though.

Everytime ive ordered from DS they have shipped promptly and the products have been good quality for the $.

The cheapest product on the market and the most unresponsive customer service & sales I've ever seen from a company. They clearly just don't care. Additionally they censor negative reviews from Google and their website. Avoid at all cost
