Ordered an ash catcher that was ‘In Stock,’ that was really not in inventory. I ordered a cheap rolling tray to get free shipping. Now I have a cheap rolling tray and no ash catcher. It’s 2026 and companies still have issues selling inventory that simply isn’t there. Would never use this company again.

I had problems with item I ordered and let them know they had me a replacement to me in 3 days. If anyone has a problem with and order and it is legit complaint they will fix it as quickly as possible I would say I appreciate that and would buy my items from them from now on

I paid for an elite membership and after 3 days of chatting in an escalating to another team they can’t figure out how to apply my membership to my account. Plus only half of my order shipped. The terrible reviews are justified, buy from anywhere else if you want a positive experience
