Seriously the worst. Over 1 month to ship an order that was supposed to be here for Christmas? Never again. I'll order from a competitor before I order from them again.

I was very excited about this product but I should not have been and I should have read the reviews . I was charged for my order 12/4 and it has been crickets. I received no order confirmation and subsequently I have no order number to look up status of my order. I have sent three inquiries and nothing. Now I am forced to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges. Thanks for nothing Dangle It.

I’ve ordered from this place before and the first time it turned out great and arrived after a week of ordering. I then ordered 3 more for Christmas presents on November 27 and they still have not arrived. I reached out and they said they got busy and they won’t arrive before Christmas. The order review says it should be shipped on the December 18. If there was going to be a long delay then it should have been stated when ordering. Unacceptable.

Ordered 3 items on 11/26 - was advised due to holiday, shipping would take longer - 10-15 days. Products still not shipped by 12/19 and was advised by Hannah in customer service that they got busy - sorry! I asked to cancel - she declined - shipping label created 12/20 - but no way it will be received before Christmas. I paid for the product based on their timeline - they did not honor their end of the agreement. Did not offer to expedite shipping, either. DO NOT GOVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Ordered last year with no problem. But this year is a whole other story. Still haven’t received order that was placed Nov. 24. The 8-10 business window is not accurate at all! Their website shows shipped but that the package hasn’t been shipped and only label created. It has said that for days.

Ordered this 24 days ago and still has not arrived. After reading the other reviews, I'm terrified of what I will receive IF and WHEN I receive it. I'm out three Christmas stocking stuffers :(

I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me. They play games big time. My item arrived blurry. I have been going back and forth with them. For about a week. They are pathetic and I would stay away from them. They lie constantly.

Total SCAM. My Dangleit picture was completely blacked out. I reached out to them with my concerns and an uploaded picture of the product. I was told to request a refund or reorder but the link didn’t work so I reached back out to them. I was informed because it was passed 7 days there is nothing they can do.
