Bought 2. These were gifts for Christmas. Took a month to deliver. The pictures came out fine, but neither of them had any smell to them whatsoever. I thought these were supposed to be air fresheners? I can paste a picture of an animal on a piece of wood and hang it if I wanted to, and definitely not pay $30 like I did here. Won't be buying from them again.

Great product, horrible customer service. Reached out so many times wondering when I would get it and was assured I’d receive before Christmas. Ordered 11/29/24 and received 01/02/25 and only knew when it was shipped by usps.

I ordered this on 12/19. I understood it may not arrive by Christmas. Delivery dates given were 12/24-12/31. Still not received. It has been in order status for several days. The company states it may take 5 days to answer my email. Just curious is this normal?

I ordered 2 air fresheners (of the same picture) almost a month ago (11/29), so that they would be here in time for Christmas. Still have not shipped as of today (12/23). Very frustrating. They were supposed to be gifts. Reached out to customer service and said they would have them shipped out by last week and still no update.

I was excited to get a creative stocking stuffer for my daughter. Upon receiving the Dangle it was very disappointed with the end product. I reached out and received a stock response that I they would replace it with a new photo. They sent me an email to go to the portal to submit the new photo, but the portal did not work. I downloaded a photo in the body of the email letting them know that the portal did not work, but hoping that this method would suffice. Two days later I had not heard back from the company so I emailed again inquiring and again received a stock email stating that they had not received the photo through the portal and the 7 day time frame and expired and nothing could be done. Not only was the product sub par but the customer service even worse. This is left by someone who was not only a customer but someone who works in customer service.

I’ve ordered from this place before and the first time it turned out great and arrived after a week of ordering. I then ordered 3 more for Christmas presents on November 27 and they still have not arrived. I reached out and they said they got busy and they won’t arrive before Christmas. The order review says it should be shipped on the December 18. If there was going to be a long delay then it should have been stated when ordering. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this store, and I regret not reading the reviews. Main complaints are the shipping time/shipping tracking and the smell! Arrived well after Father’s Day, and the tracking info was consistently incorrect. After what seemed like an impossibly long time, it finally said it was being shipped on 6/19, but didn’t actually ship until a few days later?! For the price, it is not great value. I guess I should be glad I received it. The smells were pretty awful - citrus, 2nd one pine. You can find a better gift elsewhere for this price, sadly.
