Awful company that can’t even get your item to you. Total scam, don’t use

Purchased a Dangle it air freshener as a Birthday Present gift for a friend. Communication and shipping were amazing.

Disappointed. I didn’t email them in time with my complaints and now they won’t help me. It should be guaranteed longer than 7 days. You should stand by your product. It doesn’t even have a scent. And they were inconsiderate where they put the hole for the string. Don’t waste your money.

Never received my order. They refused to replace what would cost them a 1$ to correct. Not cool. Take your business else where

Ordered my 3rd air freshener because I loved the first 2. The smell was so bad I had to throw it out. Took a chance and emailed the company. Was told I could get a refund or a replacement. Great! I’ll take the replacement. Unfortunately they require a picture of the air freshener in half. Had I known before I threw it out, it wouldn’t be a problem. I emailed them back explaining that the smell was so bad that I had thrown it out if I could get half a refund. A simple no would have been fine. I will never order again since I was highly insulted when the customer service responded with a long explanation that went like this Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that, as most other companies that offer exchanges and refunds, require the item to be returned to them. For example, if you received a shirt that was the wrong size, or if it arrived with a tear in it, you would need to ship the shirt back to them before they would process an exchange or refund. Since all of our products are custom made to order, and for your convenience, we do not require the item to be returned to us, but do request proof that the item is in unusable condition to ensure that we are not providing two items for the price of one. With that being said, per our store policy and as stated on the replacement/refund form on the order portal, we do require a photo of your item cut in half under the "Cut In Half" section of the order portal. For more information, please refer to the "How" and "Why" sections of the Replacement/Refund form on the order portal.

Horrible customer service! Took a month to get to me. My order was wrong. They said it was my fault so I had to submit a picture with the cut up air fresheners (within 7 days) which I did for them to remake it and I waited a few days and still hadn’t received an email about it. I emailed them and they said they never received a request from me. But they offered me 20 percent off of a remake. I followed all the instructions but they just kept saying “sorry for the miscommunication”. I lost money and most importantly a gift for a friend. This company sucks! They offered a one time replacement so I ordered it and we will see what happens. They must have seen this review since trustpilot emails the review straight to the company. Either way, I wouldn’t want to deal with this company again. I only did it because I really wanted to gift it to a friend.

I order 1 Dangle it over 3 weeks ago and it is still listed as in production. I also send en email asking when it will ship and they said. Soon. Really? I tried to get a refund but the site doesn't allow for it. Next a BBB report.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this store, and I regret not reading the reviews. Main complaints are the shipping time/shipping tracking and the smell! Arrived well after Father’s Day, and the tracking info was consistently incorrect. After what seemed like an impossibly long time, it finally said it was being shipped on 6/19, but didn’t actually ship until a few days later?! For the price, it is not great value. I guess I should be glad I received it. The smells were pretty awful - citrus, 2nd one pine. You can find a better gift elsewhere for this price, sadly.
