I promptly received a reply to my email…
I promptly received a reply to my email inquiry which explained there was an issue with the shopping cart on the apparel webpage and that it had been resolved. This allowed me to make my purchase. It was shipped soon after and I received it without issue and am happy with it.

I paid $60 for a pickguard
I paid $60 for a pickguard, and it didn't come with hardware. The site should specify this.

Placing the order was fast and easy
Placing the order was fast and easy. The strap I received was MUCH more substantial than anticipated with really high quality leather connection points that will hold up really well. Super comfortable, too. The ONLY negative aspect is the lack of any tracking information. It would be nice to get a tracking number, instead of just waiting for delivery without knowing where it is.
