Guitar was shipped damaged
Guitar was shipped damaged. No one at company has returned inquiry to solve the damaged guitar issue. Extremely disappointing

Excellent customer service
Needed a replacement part for my 2011 Excel EXL-1. I called Customer Service and they were able to locate the exact OE part I was looking for. I received the part a week later and it fit perfectly! Thank you.

Parts ordering issue
Tim was very nice and did respond to my emails. A long tail piece took weeks and weeks to order. I understand that the part probably came from overseas ....but it doesn't reflect well on the company. Also....the reason for it breaking....just sitting in the case does not speak well for the material or craftsmanship. I do love the guitar however.

I still have not received my order…
I still have not received my order although it was supposed to have been delivered four days ago. It's a birthday gift and I'm very disappointed it's so late.

It was confirmed to be in UPS possession on the 16th. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the order once in UPS's hands, but our team will look into this further to see if there is any more information on the delay. My DC/mini is a perfect size/weight
My DC/mini is a perfect size/weight. However, while strapped and playing, guitar body is too light to keep guitar in playing position. Also, mine is hard to tune for consistant results up the fretboard.

I ordered a T-shirt from D'Angelico
I ordered a T-shirt from D'Angelico. I was pleased to receive it in a timely manner. The quality of the shirt is excellent. I am the proud owner of a 2016 D'Angelico EXL1 Excel which I bought used. I'm very happy with the guitar. My poor Gibson ES175 seldom comes out of it's case anymore.

Ne amp, new t-shirt!
As I just purchased a Supra amp, I thought having a t-shirt to show my pride in what I'd purchased would be a good idea. The website was easy to order from, the shirt came quickly, and I'm pleased with the product!
