Communication about my order was clear and timely and the product is fun and good quality. I purchased two as gifts and everyone is very happy.

Not only fake clothes, but the quality is shambolic. My coat looked like a 5 year old had made it. When asking for a refund, they put you off by saying it will cost a lot to send back, will take weeks etc. So then they lowball you with offers of 30% refund. Disgraceful company, avoid at all costs.

Entirely my fault, but I failed to spot the mention in description for the clothing item I ordered that it was not the real thing, but a 'replica'. The item arrived and was absolutely awful. As if someone had looked at a photo of the real one then closed their eyes and made something a little bit like it. I belatedly checked the terms and conditions with the intention of getting a refund and found them stuffed full of caveats and clauses that basically say that as soon as you place an order then you've got no choice but to accept the item it and keep it. They did give me a refund of about 50% in the end by way of compensation when I complained, but the bottom line is I've wasted my time and money. Don't fall for this nonsense like I did.
