I ordered a sweatshirt in November and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive by Christmas, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive until January. That said, I want to highlight how great the customer service was throughout the process. They responded to all of my emails very quickly, clearly explained the reason for the delay, and were genuinely concerned about fixing the issue, which they did and they are currently in the process of refunding me the expedite shipping cost. My only real disappointment was with the sweatshirt itself. It does not fit true to size and is much shorter than expected. I normally wear a size large in everything, but in hindsight I should have ordered an XL. 5 stars for the customer service and response. 3 stars for the product.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on 11-23-25. The item was for a Christmas gift and as I had never used this company I opted to pay $25 extra for shipping that was guaranteed to arrive in 10-14 days. To make a long story short after multiple emails in an attempt to contact the company as it was almost Christmas and I had no idea when/if it would come I got an answer that said it was being shipped from their Asian warehouse to a warehouse in the US where it would be sent to me after 2-3 days. I finally received the item on 12-27-25 and it is too small. Disappointing to say the least but when I emailed the company asking if I could exchange for a larger size they referred me to their sizing chart and I must document measurements with photos in order to get a return and exchange! I’m extremely unhappy and will never use this company again and caution any others to reconsider ordering from them as well. (Since I wrote this review I have been contacted by this company and they will be giving me a “partial refund “ . Although my original hope was to just get an exchange I am happy that I got a response and am hoping they will follow thru with the partial refund.) I would also like to say the garment that I received seemed to be well made it was just quite smaller than expected.

Hoodie did not match picture shown on site. Wrong yellow/gold color of print.

Not happy with the product itself. Had major issues with the printing and sewing. Went to send back and it was going to be very expensive being product from Pakistan. So they offered me a partial refund to get it fixed by a tailor. If it wasn't for the fast and understanding customer service I would have reviewed a 1 star , but because of how great they were with their costumer service I rated a 3.

at first, I was not confident to buy from them. When I got the product it was above my expectation but delivery was soo late. it take around 2 months to reach the states.
