I ordered a coat and payed for it. I sendt them an email and asked if the coat was just the same as in the movie. They sendt me pictures of the coat, and it was a bit different from what I really wanted. They accepted that I cancelled the order, and refund my money! Great service and communication!

Coat order was cancelled and told I would receive refund within 3-5 business days. 1 month later, still nothing and they do not respond to email. Processing a dispute with Paypal and requesting them to cut them off as they are a scam. If anyone has any contact info to anyone that is related to this fraudulent company, please let me know as I am seeking alternative actions as well.

I wouldn't even give one star. They are horrific and the item smelt of a strong chemical.. poor quality.. colour was mismatched from front to back and no return address on receipt as faded and won't respond. Do not buy from them

It is a fake company. I ordered a product 6 weeks ago and there is no any answer for my complaint. They start to arrange the shipping in Pakistan (?) (you get something from DHL, the shipping process started), but they do not shipped the order in real. Don't try them - it's a big cheating...

Nonsense company. Sent me a jacket in a metallic brown instead of brown i ordered that didnt fit. After back and forth with customer service team (which didnt even make sense) I was directed to their "rules" page which basically voids anyone from be able to return anything. Buy from a reputable company. You are stuck with what they send you. You may luck out though.

This website steals by selling you a fake product (and the company) that doesn’t actually exist. It charges you then you can’t cancel and you will never receive your items or get any refund. They’ve been promising to refund me since October and they’ve threatened me because I posted a review on their Facebook page about their con scamming website. Don’t buy anything from there and report them on Facebook.
