False advertising
Paid a lot of money for a shirt i could have purchased at a local store around the corner. And they didn't even send what was depicted. Followup. A ridiculous series of conversations. Nothing but excuses. Offered “some” money back, but never took accountability for sending me a cheap and completely different product from what i ordered based on the picture.
