I appreciate that I was informed periodically regarding my order prior to its arrival I also appreciate the quality of fabric that was used. It is a great lightweight jacket for the south.

These people suck! I ordered a product from them in February, paid in full with false promises of shipping! They keep replying with AI canned emails promising shipment is in progress-it’s not! It’s probably coming from China, but I could have traveled to China via Canoe and returned with it quicker! Hold these scammers to task.

I ordered out two Seattle Seahawks Destroyer Super Bowl jackets from Danezon to celebrate the Seahawks Super Bowl victory. I received the coats in a timely manner. Unfortunately they were a tad bit small even though I'd ordered out our correct sizes. I contacted Danezon and reached a wonderful customer service team who did everything in their power to make things right, offering me a couple of options of either full refund or ordering out new sizes at a reduced price. I went with the new sizes, as a refund WITHOUT the coats wouldn't do me any good. I loved the coats! They cheerfully agreed, sent me the new direct link, I ordered the coats, paid the small fee, and now I'm awaiting my new coats! I truly appreciate their willingness to assist me in resolving this issue. I wasn't looking for anything 'free', I just wanted two jackets that fit. And Danezon facilitated that request. I'll definitely be back to their website perusing it, as great customer service is hard to find these days, and if you truly stand behind your products and word, then you've got me as a future customer! Thanks again, Team Danezon!! Job well done.

They stole $500 dollars from me after promising a full refund after two months of waiting for an order that never will come because guess what? They’re actually in asia and this is Temu clothing for a gucci price. THIEFS. NOT A GOOD COMPANY. I will be taking legal action for the theft of my money. The refund was promised over two weeks ago. They said it takes 2-3 days. LIARS. They’re not a good company. You will probably not get your order. The war is what they blamed it on. Do not buy from the. Save your money go somewhere else.

Australian buyer, wow what a great company to deal with honesty, integrity, trustworthy your safe buying from Danezon. I am a 54 inch chest and went with 2 xl should have went 3 xl and 4xl would be my sweet spot, unfortunately they dont do a 4xl but the customer service and satisfaction i received from the Team is fair dinkum top shelf, I dont think they could bend over backwards any further than they tried. But in the long run to save money and not waste funds on postage and packing we found a great soloution that saw me get over 50% refund. And keep the jacket!! The size chart it is spot on, so order a size bigger to get a roomy fit the quality I gotta tell ya, wow the embroidery is A1 thick and chunky nothing about the jacket is cheap the wool body is soft and lush, the leather sleeves are real not some faux leather everything is the same as what you see in the pictures, its more then a head turner its a bloody work of art. We dont do varsity jackets down here and this just screams cool and the look and feel is $$$$ Money no expense has been spared I seriously can only tell you to do yourself a favour and buy this jacket, the free postage/delivery is great, the special price is great and the extra % off new26 code all work. If you buy this you will be writing reviews like mine. The customer service is fast and they reply within a few hours they have a genius doing returns and refunds and made me feel like they cared and deliver on everything they say and offer. 10/ 10 more like 100/100 your gonna turn heads and feel 10 foot tall and bullet proof wearing this. I've read other reviews and yes it takes time for the order to be produced but you wont be dissapointed and any foul or negative vibe will be a memory the instant you hold this in your hands. Great company doing great things and just so happy I went with Danezon and you will be too. Probbably the coolest 😎 jacket I've ever had...

I purchased a jacket on February 12. Today is April 3 and it never shipped. I try to cancel and get a refund and they have sent me 12 ai generated emails with all the same BS. “don’t worry. You are a valuable customer. We are monitoring your order very closely. Bla bla bla.” Buyer beware of this “outfit” as they will not refund or deliver a product within the timeframe they set.

I ordered Gap sweatshirts from Danezon in 10/2025 and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The items I received were duplicates, and the sizing was off, rendering them unwearable. To make matters worse, I received no tracking information, which left me uncertain about the status of my order. When it came time to return the sweatshirts, they said I had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping as I fought for a refund and paid something for that exchange, The entire process took over a month, filled with back-and-forth communication that felt frustratingly slow. Fast forward to March 2026, 5 months later ! I received an invoice from FedEx 13.00 for the exchange shipping a customs fee that they were not going to pay, they actually gave fed ex my mailing address and to my dismay, the company informed me they would not cover this cost. While the customer service team was polite and apologetic throughout the ordeal, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I recommend exercising caution if you're considering a purchase from Danezon as the hassle may not be worth it. Part 2 Company had reached out to me and offered a complimentary T-shirt to kindly remove this review. They should just pay the fed ex charge. I would be happy to share with everyone that they did the right thing. But they did not! Part 3 I was contacted by Trust pilot for more clarification by Danezon. So here is more info. I contacted Fed Ex they are investigating this fee that was passed on to me and ask me not to pay until they get back to me. I don’t mind paying the fee it’s less than 13.00 However , it’s the principal at this point and if they are not willing to pay the small fee..They would prefer an unfavorable review. This has taken too much of my time already!
