However, we would like to clarify that the product in question was never falsely labeled. The term “recreated” was clearly mentioned both in the product specification description and in our Terms & Conditions. From the beginning, our intention was never to mislead you or any customer. Despite everything, we promptly processed your full refund without hesitation and also provided proper documentation for your peace of mind. We took the initiative to resolve this matter sincerely and respectfully. It’s disheartening to see a public review that disregards these efforts.
