When my hoodie arrived, I noticed there were a couple of minor stitching errors. Nothing huge, but just enough that I reached out to their customer service to ask about it. They responded quickly, were extremely kind, and didn’t make the process to get a new one complicated at all. In total I have 6 Dandy hoodies and a pair of their sweatpants. They are the best quality and totally worth it. They are thick, soft, and perfectly oversized. Their costumer service is great too which makes me feel even better purchasing from them.

Accidentally ordered wrong size and got an answer back within 12 hours! Got refunded super quick and then ordered the correct size. Amazing communication and can’t wait to give this hoodie for a friends birthday!

Beautiful designs and quality. My daughters love their Dandy sweatshirts! We had to return our first order as the sizing was incorrect and we received great customer service with prompt responses to emails.

Excellent customer service!! My daughter received a pair of shorts for her birthday. The shorts had a minor flaw with the label that is sewn on the back (could easily have been worn). I submitted the request for an exchange (very easy process) and Dandy shipped out a brand new pair without requiring the old pair to be sent back! I even received prompt email responses to a few questions that I had!
