They were super helpful. I had ordered the wrong size and because I had been traveling I missed the return window by a few days. They were super flexible and helped my get the order sorted out. I appreciated their flexibility and going above and beyond to help out.

I ordered my first hoodie from Dandy, a Valentine’s gift from husband. It did arrive sooner than predicted which was great. But I ordered a Large and they accidentally sent a Medium. I had paid for the free returns/exchanges and they promptly sent me a shipping label and I was also able to reuse their original shipping bag (with a lot of packing tape) to ship it back. They immediately sent me the correct size and that too arrived sooner than predicted - delivered on Valentine’s Day actually! LOVE the hoodie, seems to be amazing quality, heavyweight which is needed here in the Northeast in the winter. Design is beautiful, colors are fabulous. I have not washed it yet so I have fingers crossed I won’t have any issues as others have posted. But I am very satisfied. UPDATE: I spoke too soon with this review. I received the same hoodie again on Feb. 17 and was charged for it even though I did not order it. They are not sending me a shipping label to send it back and also not refunding my money for this second identical hoodie which I DID NOT order. No real dedicated customer service to rectify this - just bots or something it seems. I did not even open the package so if they just send me shipping label I will return it to them and I want my money refunded for an order I did not place.

Bought a nyc hoodie for my daughter for the holidays. I would never usually spend $99 on a hoodie, but it was the holidays. It is a very cute hoodie. Felt like good quality. First wash, cold water, with light colors (including whites) and the red embroidery bled! No other red in wash, was a light wash, hoodie is light gray, and I'm very careful with red and do not buy anything red that I is cheap quality. Pink stains on the light Grey hoodie around the red designs and pink stains on a white hoodie and white school athletic uniform that I will now have to pay the school to replace. My daughter is so upset. Update: changed review from 1 to 4 stars. I got in touch with customer service. They were apologetic about the red and sounds like there was unfortunately a bad batch. They asked if we wanted a replacement of the same hoodie or a different hoodie and it was quickly put through for delivery. Appreciate the great customer service.

Purchased 2 sweatshirts as a gift. We washed them before wearing them (following the instructions, cold water, inside out, delicate cycle, air dry) and one of the shirts red dye ran so bad it looks like a terrible tie-dye job. Customer service said there is nothing they could do. The quality of the shirts seem good, but they obviously are pre-washing them. Definitely do not buy a shirt with any significant colors on a light-colored shirt and DEFINITELY do not think anyone there in customer service will help you in any way. Update: After much correspondence, Dandy has decided to replace the sweatshirt. We are very happy with this outcome. The shirts seem to be great quality.
