DANDYReviews of dandyworldwide.com

I genuinely love Dandy, which is what makes this experience so disappointing. I’ve already purchased two Dandy sweaters myself, and all three of my cousins own multiple sweaters as well. We absolutely love the quality, the designs, and how comfortable they feel. We’re genuinely big fans of the brand, which is exactly why I was so excited to make Dandy a special part of my cousin’s bachelorette weekend. I purchased six sweaters from the Starbucks collaboration, totalling almost $1,200 CAD, for an “A Latte Love” themed bachelorette. I planned the entire weekend around this theme, and these sweaters were meant to be a special part of the experience. It was something I put a lot of thought, excitement, and money into, and I was so looking forward to seeing everything come together! Unfortunately, I’ve been left feeling anxious and disappointed about the status of my order. I received an email saying “Your order is on the way,” on October 8 2026, one day after making the order when they restocked, only to see the tracking subsequently indicate “Shipment stalled.” I’ve been trying to get clarification on what this actually means and whether my order is still on track, but I haven’t been able to get an answer. I completely understand that shipping delays and unexpected issues can happen. What’s been difficult is not knowing what’s going on, especially when the order is time-sensitive and represents such a significant purchase. I’ve reached out through email, Facebook, and Instagram because I genuinely want to resolve this directly with Dandy. I’m not looking to leave a negative review or take away from a brand that my family and I have loved and supported. I would simply really appreciate someone taking a moment to explain the status of my order and let me know what to expect. I want to continue loving and supporting Dandy, and I really hope someone from the team sees this and can help. We love your products, and I would hate for an otherwise wonderful experience with the brand to be overshadowed by a lack of communication when I need help the most. I’m just hoping to have these sweaters in time for a very special “A Latte Love” bachelorette weekend. Thank you - I truly hope we can get this sorted out!

I’ve repeatedly asked Dandy Review Company to cancel my subscription and stop the service since 2025, but they’ve continued charging my card. I’ve now had to lock my card to prevent further charges. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this service.

I had a few mishaps, but custiner service worked out all the issues. Extremely happy!

Placed an order of about 5 items, order was marked shipped and then immediately cancelled with no explanation. I had to reach myself to get an answer and when I did they said their stock system had broken and that's it. I then followed up to see if and when things would be back in stock and they said check back next week sometime while all the stuff I ordered remains in stock on their site. I'm guessing they're either going out of business or getting too much business. Either or, good luck on your purchase, fingers crossed it doesn't get cancelled.

Dandy has the best quality sweatshirts out of any brand out there! I love Dandy!! Not only is their quality good they have the cutest designs! Their hoodies are so soft I never want to take them off!

⭐ 1 Star — Never shopping here again Extremely disappointed with Dandy Worldwide. I ordered a hoodie well in advance as a birthday gift, and I even contacted them and specifically asked them to please make sure it arrived on time because it was for a birthday. There was a four-day window for it to arrive, yet they shipped it through USPS and it still arrived late. The birthday had already passed, so the whole purpose of ordering the gift was ruined. The return process has been just as frustrating. They shipped my order through USPS but provided a FedEx return label, so now I have to take additional time out of my day to make a separate trip to FedEx. To make matters worse, there is no phone customer service. When you’re dealing with an expensive order and something goes wrong, you should be able to speak to an actual person instead of going back and forth through emails. The entire experience felt unprofessional and left me seriously questioning how trustworthy this company is. For the prices they charge, I expected much better service. This purchase turned into a frustrating waste of my time, and a birthday gift was ruined in the process. I will never shop with Dandy Worldwide again and cannot recommend them.

I absolutely love Dandy Worldwide. Not only is the quality of their sweatshirts amazing, but the customer service is outstanding!! They sent me an email barely 20 minutes after I contacted customer service. The team is so kind and made me love the brand even more. I will definitely be purchasing more hoodies in the future!

After buying a hoodie last year i feel in love with this company. The hoodies are great quality and beautiful. Since i love Starbucks I had to get the collab sweater. I finally received it and again it is a beautiful sweater BUT it’s defective! The pocket is not straight, one side is lower than the other. I emailed Dandy last Friday, sent them pics on Sunday, send another email to see if they got the pics on Tuesday, sent a message on IG yesterday. No answers. I was excited to wear this sweater for my upcoming road trip but now i can’t even wear it. I am very disappointed about the customer service and especially since they don’t even provide a phone number. I Understand that something can go wrong with any product and i’m willing to sort it out but ignoring customers is not ok. UPDATE sept 12/2026! Didn’t get any answers per email so I decided to send pics to the claim dept. They messaged me back that the claim has been denied. That was on August 25. On the same day I received an email from their support team telling me that they will send out a replacement and they needed to confirm if it’s going to the same address as the last shipment. Haven’t heard anything since and didn’t receive any replacement!
