I've had an amazing experience with DANDY Worldwide! This is my third purchase from them, and their hoodies are seriously some of my favorites; they're super comfortable, great quality, and totally worth it. My most recent hoodie was lost at my local post office, so I reached out to customer service. They replied really quickly, were incredibly kind and helpful, and sent me a replacement with no hassle at all. They made the whole process so easy. The customer service is honestly amazing, and the hoodies are even better. I will 100% be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Love the hoodie itself as i got the classic one with the bouquet at the back. however idk if its a malfunction, but the hood part is EXTREMELY small which feels kinda criminal as its labeled as oversized. Like it doesnt even cover my head? pls lmk if its a problem for everyone. only issue is i got it a couple months ago and never made the effort to make a complaint, even though i would appreciate an explaination i think I might be late for that

Buyer beware. We ordered a hoodie from Dandy as a gift. The item arrived defective. The pocket on the front was not centered and the Dandy logo was also misplaced on the front of the hoodie. In order to save time, we purchased another hoodie to replace the defective one before starting the return process. I've since initiated the return process for the defective garment only to be thwarted by the company twice. After going through the online return process, we were offered store credit, as opposed to a refund to our credit card for the defective hoodie. When I sent customer service an email asking for the refund, they sent me a second link to the same process that resulted in the same outcome and suggested that my device was the reason a refund option was not appearing on their return page. Neither my laptop nor my iPhone gets us to a page that allows for a refund as opposed to store credit. At this point, we're initiating a dispute with the credit card company for the purchase price of the original defective item, since Dandy won't return the funds. We won't be purchasing from them in the future.

If you're in the EU, be very careful. If you receive the wrong size, your money is lost. No clear indications that it's a US based company and only if you actively look for it, you'll find that returns from the EU are not accepted. I didn't realise that I ordered from the US until I started tracking the package after the purchase. In seems like they have really made an effort to give their website a local look and feel, with prices in your local currency and a banner saying "EU EXPRESS SHIPPING NOW AVAILABLE!" And with their inaccurate size guide on top of all that, this seems like a money trap for EU citizens

What a great brand with the cutest clothes!! I’m always hesitant ordering from a new/smaller business because I never know how the quality and customer service will be. Dandy did not disappoint! The hoodie was true to size, and so soft! I did have a small issue with my order, but customer support went above and beyond to assist me. It was nice corresponding with an actual person and not a bot. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be purchasing from Dandy again!

It’s so comfy and goes with everything

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter's birthday. She LOVED the message of positive affirmations. It was delivered quickly and she was obsessed with it- amazing quality, super cozy, and such a great message. It did have a small flaw with the embroidery but when I messaged Dandy about it, they were extremely quick to respond and fix the issue without any questions. I truly appreciated their promptness to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Dandy to others! Great customer service, great quality of product, and great message for the world to see!
