The ordering process was super easy and I was updated on my order all the way up until it was at my house. The bag it came in is so cool too. Finally, the hoodie is the most comfy thing I own. I get compliments every time I wear it.

I get sooo many compliments every time I wear my dandy hoodies!! They’re so cozy and I love the material and the designs are so cute. It’s cool they’re actually embroidered instead of just printed on truly so unique!!

Do not shop on this website they are SCAM. I ordered a hoodie and instead of just charging me for the item I ordered they added sweatpants for $79 and charged my credit card unauthorized. When I emialed them they did not respond just automatically updated my order and shipped the two items even though I explicitly told them I did not add the sweatpants to my order and they should take it off. My original order confirmation shows only the hoodie. The sweatpants were added manually by someone on their end and charged to my card. Stay away and just shop on trusted sites.

Hi JB, This is Mia, the founder of Dandy Worldwide. I just read your review. First of all, I’m really sorry that you’ve had a negative experience. I looked back into our emails with you and saw that our customer service representative refunded your sweatpants and let you keep them at no extra cost for the inconvenience. After placing an order with us on our order confirmation screen, there is an option to add an additional item to your order. It is possible that this was selected in error. We would never scam our customers. We do not have the ability to charge your card on our end whatsoever. I’m very sorry that you had a negative experience shopping with us. At the end of the day, we only want our customers to have a positive experience. Please let me know if there’s anything else we can do for you. Our support email is: [email protected]

Hi Karla! This is Mia, the co-owner of Dandy. I am so sorry you had a negative experience. That is the last thing I want as a small business owner. I see we sent 2 emails following up to your initial email but did not hear back. Is it possible they were going to your spam/promotions folder? It looks like our customer service representative was able to reset the return portal so you would be able to continue to make the return/exchange. We are always happy resetting the return portal and assisting customers when they need help and I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience. Happy Holidays!

I made sure i found the genuine Instagram page, it has a blue tick. I feel like some reviews maybe point to the scam sites set up because this hoodie is gorgeous. Beautiful quality, the embroidery is lovely, so well made. Sizing is spot on. I ordered xs for my 11yr old daughter who is slight but tall and it will be oversized but she likes that. Shipped pretty quick too as we are UK, also great all the taxes and fees were included in end price! Will definitely buy again as i want one!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this...it honestly means a lot. I’m so glad you found our official page and that you’re happy with the hoodie. Love that it worked out perfectly for your daughter (oversized is the best 😊), and really happy to hear shipping and UK fees were smooth. Can’t wait for you to grab one for yourself next time. thank you again!!! -Mia, Dandy Co-Founder 🤍
