Great service.
Everything went like clockwork. The associates are knowledgable about their product. When we finally made our choice of flooring, it was ordered and installed in no time. We are very pleased we the choices we made.

Five Star experience!
We upgraded our flooring to hardwood from carpet. Dalton Carpet One did an amazing work from beginning to an end throughout the process delivering an excellent quality of work. Flooring Consultant Paul Deaton made sure whole transaction ran smooth even though we had to reschedule and all. We really appreciate his wonderful customer service skill making us feel our project was his top priority. Because of him and his staff, this project went on nice and smooth all the way. We are so happy with this project, now we want to get our bath room upgrade done through Dalton Carpet One. We would 100 percent recommend Dalton Carpet One to our friends, family and everyone we know. Thanks again for job well done! - One happy customer

From the first meeting with sales rep thru final install, we couldn't have been more pleased. Professional, thorough, excellent product selections . Installers were courteous and meticulous.

Great service!
I have used Dalton Carpet One for over 25 years for my carpet / flooring needs. As in the past, from start to finish my experience at Dalton Carpet One was exceptional. Great customer service and a great product. My installation was seamless and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dalton Carpet One.

Great Experience working with Donna Brannon
