Carpet installation problem
I am totally delighted with how promptly my installation fiasco was addressed with courtesy and professionalism. Know actual reinstallation will go forward as smoothly. Thanks to Donna and Steve.

Great Work
I had an excellent experience with Dalton Carpet. Everyone was friendly and professional. Paul walked us through the entire process and was always quick with answers to any question. The installers were also professional and exacting in their work as well. Everything looks beautiful now.

Excellent
Carpet was great. Service was great. I had no trouble getting in contact with people and asking lots of question. I appreciate their willingness to work with me to get the best price.

Complete and Thorough
With help from Dalton supervisors, Steve and Robert, invested in our third flooring contract over period of 15 years with Dalton Carpet One for a kitchen flooring makeover. Our choice; porcelain tiles that Robert had shown to us. Work was completed by efficient (and funny) Victor and assisted by Michel (Michael) in two days. We are into our first week with the new tiles and we love 'em. Thank you Steve and Robert; also Paul in the office and scheduler Sam.

Dalton carpet is the best , they done just what they said , when they said they would !!!
Our experience with dalton Capet one was wonderful ! The company is very professional . Techs and sales people are very nice . If you need flooring call Dalton Carpet !!!!!

Great experience
Jose and Jesus showed up on time and began work immediately. They were very courteous and professional. They stayed on task the entire time, they were extremely careful with our furniture and handled it as if it were their own. They asked if I minded if they stayed and finished the job which we agreed would be okay, they worked until 10:30! Put everything back, cleaned up and made sure we were pleased. Donna was very good to work with in sales and came by in the afternoon to check on things. Brian who came out to measure and Sam in installations were also very professional.
