I first tried the Daisy Supreme Hybrid massage chair while on vacation in Hawaii. Having looked and tried other brands, I instantly knew this was the perfect chair for my family. We just received our chair. Josue was not only the friendliest delivery person, he was also amazing in carefully getting our chair delivered and set-up in our home. He took the time to review the control panel, demonstrated the preselected auto and manual settings and pointed out the additional features on the chair. This is the best piece of furniture in our home. We use it almost everyday to relieve muscle pain and stress from work. I would highly recommend this chair!

Scott took his time with me. He answered all of my questions. The delivery guy was personable. I can't remember his name but he was awesome.

Fantastic customer service. I worked with Tom out of the Lombard IL location, and spoke with Kelly a few times on the phone. They were more than willing to answer all of my questions and work with me on my order. The delivery was swift as well! I got the Legacy 4 model and absolutely love my chair! One of the best purchases I have made already!

Our experience purchasing with our vendor was amazing and very smooth. Alma from the Atlanta Location was very well knowledgeable, cleared all our doubts and made our process exactly like we expected to be. She had extreme patience while it took 2 days to decide which was the perfect chair for our office. Thank you Alma Alemán. You are amazing!!!! We will definitely purchase another one soon.

We LOVE our Daiwa Massage Chair! Order, Delivery and Set up were simple! The guys that set up the chair went through all the features before they left. We’ve used it every day, usually twice a day, since it was delivered. My husband and I both have back pain after playing pickle ball or golf and find that the chair helps immensely. It is so relaxing and has improved our sleep too! We tried several other brands, but the Daiwa is the best!
