Customer service was responsive, either by live chat or e mail The silk on the bias cut midi skirt was thin and not exceptionally weighty. The garment was very short on me, and I am only 5:4! The skirt had a mass produced feel to it, and in my opinion not worth the money. The delivery from China was very slow and took nearly ten days with multiple delays. Returns are not with a generated company label or QR code, buyers have to independently return and insure themselves. There are much nicer silk skirts on the market, indeed I purchased a far superior one from Ida Sjostedt for just a little more money. Disappointing experience

Was very pleasantly surprised when my dress arrived beautifully boxed and ribboned. Took a couple of weeks for delivery which was fine for me. I am usually a size 12 and ordered a 14 to be on the safe side and it fits perfectly. The silk material hangs gracefully over my figure, feels like good quality and gives me a very feminine silhouette. I am very much looking forward to wearing it. Beautiful floral design and colours just like the photos. Am really chuffed with my purchase.

I orderd 2 blouses from daisysilk and like them so much. The silk is so soft and the style are modern and elegant. My second order is on the way and I am very excited looking for it. I recommend Daisysilk. I'll buy more very soon, for sure

Die Bluse ist perfekt gearbeitet, sitzt top und sieht sehr gut aus. Angenehm zu tragen. Ich kann nur schwärmen. Leider war die Lieferzeit mehr als 6 Wochen. Aber das schmälert nicht die hohe Qualität und den sicheren Versand.

I ordered one blouse. It was a beautiful color. It just did not fit properly. I’m probably in between sizes and it was just hard to determine that before actually trying it on. I was very disappointed by the return process. It was a back-and-forth email with the company and then I needed to pay for the shipping. I shipped it UPS via the most inexpensive method and it was $18. For one blouse I thought this was just ridiculous and a complete hassle. I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I’m only sharing this because I think others should know before they purchase.

The material is amazing The style are beautiful But everything I bought I have to take a size over everything fit slim I’m 57 little bit curvy

Clothes quality: I ordered a silk blouse, 2 silk-lace (white!) skirts, and a teal cashmere jumper. I love them all. The silk quality is good - it feels thick and luxurious, even the white silks aren’t see-through. The silk shirts and skirts take well to being steamed to get the creases out. For the price, you get much much better quality than other brands selling similar items eg Lilysilk, reformation. Cashmere - lovely, warm, soft, luxurious feeling but quietly understated pieces. It feels like a jumper I will wear for a long time. Cashmere WILL pill, but this pulls much less and much less frequently than other cashmere sweaters from brands at a similar price point. Website: Works well - I had no problems using the discount codes, the basket holds your items, the website is easy to navigate and search for items. The only thing I want is a wish list option so I can have a list of sizes + future purchases. Experience with returns: Easy and well done. I contacted customer service. I had no problems Shipping time: In my experience it can take a few weeks for them to ship your order, so don’t order anything urgently. They have been using Fedex from china to the UK - it takes about 5-7 days for the actual shipping, once it’s been shipped. What I want to see for the future: Ability to wishlist items on the website. Cashback using popular websites like Topcashback would definitely encourage me to buy more, and buy more frequently! I hope the quality stays good. The moment the silk and cashmere lose their quality, I will be less likely to buy from here again
