Oh so disappointed

Oh so disappointed! Blouse was too big, and no time to order another. Problem was in returning the blouse. No return label in packaging. Finally got address myself. Then got message no refund because of 14 day from purchase which it was. !!! I e-mailed date information as to when blouse was delivered to no avail. They sent a list of dates to prove it was 14 days and it wasn’t correct. Sent another e-mail back asking if they mixed me up with another purchaser. Anyway will never use Daisysilk again. Either accounting or delivery delay a problem.
