excellent customer service on returns and questions

Absolutely love this silk skirt! The fabric feels so soft, smooth, and super high quality. It fits beautifully and looks even better in person. The packaging was really nice too, everything came neatly folded and felt thoughtful.

I love the texture of the garments. They are the perfect size and the ribbed box was a nice touch.

I couldn’t be more satisfied or happy. From customer service to the incredibly fast shipping, and finally receiving a product of impeccable quality — everything was perfect. The dress is probably the most comfortable piece I’ve ever worn. This is a brand that truly deserves more than five stars, and so does their amazing team.

I love the quality of the silk fabrics and the tailoring appears be done very well compared to other more well known companies. Ive only purchased robes and shirts from here so far, and the sizing appears to be consistent with other companies. When purchasing in large quantities the discounts end up making the pieces on par with its quality. I’ve purchased from here multiple times and will say that shipping speed is variable. First purchase, the items came fast. Second purchase, it took longer (due to some holiday sale) & I was forced to pay the tariff fees (not cool, but looks like they quickly stopped this practice). Third time items came as promised. i did give them feedback that it can be confusing if they pack the smaller items in with the larger ones without letting the customer know (as I thought I was missing items). It seems they did this again on my 4th purchase so imho they need to have some kind of a better feedback to response system. With these tweaks in their logistics and if they can maintain the quality of their clothes Id definitely remain a loyal fan!

High quality products, fast shipping and great pricing. When I didn't receive a correc tracking number, customer service responded quickly and gave me one. They continued with prompt emails ensuring I received the product.

Love the silk dress! Is my favourite now, I wear it already many times and I took many compliments! The quality of fabrics is next level obsessed with it! I definitely recommend this brand!

Updated review: I am adding a star to my review since DaisySilk got back to me, sent me a return label, and I received a refund around a week after sending the blouses back. It seems that maybe (??) I had a particularly odd experience with one of their Chinese partners; DaisySilk confirmed that my shipped/received order was incorrect, and I stand by my original review in that I found the quality to be incredibly subpar. Felt like satin instead of silk, thin, cheaply sewn. I won’t take the chance of ordering again but am glad I was able to get a refund. Original review: I ordered two blouses and both arrived today. They are low quality and one isn’t even close to the picture—it literally has two backs (no front/the neck line goes straight across my throat) when it was supposed to have a v-neck with rhinestones going down from the v. Per the tracking info, they came from China…which would be fine if I received the correct order and the quality was high. I would rate this order on par with Temu…cheap, cheap, cheap…and not on par with what I’d expect $170+ USD per blouse. 1 star for Daisy Silk, unfortunately. I hope they’ll take their blouses back and issue me a full refund.
