Emailed customer support to return an item and receive a refund, in accordance with Dainely refund policy. Never received a reply and there is no phone number. This company is fraudulent P.S. Update as of January 13, 2024: The company replied below to my comment above, but has yet to actually reply to my emails and this matter remains unresolved. I've already provided my order number (#108985) several times by email. Perhaps the company only replied here publicly to make themselves look good, while not actually solving the matter? Attention Dainely: I will be happy to indicate here that this matter is resolved if you actually resolve it

Well after reading all the reviews I’m reluctant to waste my money if product takes forever to arrive or if it all. You often wonder if these things work or just a placebo to make you think they work. I’ve suffered from sciatica for last ten years on and off, sometimes lasting 6 to 8 months. Not sure why places like chemist warehouse doesn’t sell them if they are that good.

I ordered the neck stretcher product and even paid for express service since November 2023 and was advised it would get to me in 12 days. After numerous emails and reassuring replies and using the tracking info they provided, I still have not received the product. Now they are emailing me it is in Belgium and it will take 60-90 days. This seems to be a hoax. CNN, FOX, BBC AND OTHER MAJOR MEDIA OUTLETS NEED TO GET THIS TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT DAINELY AS THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM.
