Buyer Beware! Read This Before Purchasing
Buyer Beware! I purchased the Dainely belt and it took a week to receive. I wore the belt for approx. 3 weeks with no relief at all. I contacted customer service to request a full refund well within their 60-day money-back guarantee. I put my email and order number in each of the emails I sent going back and forth with them consistently asking me for my order #. I advised it was in every email I sent them. I then was told that the email I provided them didn't show any purchase through their company. I took a screenshot of the receipt from them. It had the same email and order # on it and sent that to customer service. From that point no one responded back to me. I filled out a charge back with my credit card company and they provided me with a full refund. I would suggest that if you are on the fence, avoid this company at all costs! They obviously aren't interested in providing a refund acting as if the order # I sent each email wasn't there. Shame on your company for preying on people's pain and if you offer a 60-day refund policy, make good on your offer to the customers that your product doesn't work for. Their customer service # 1 256 414 4398 comes back to Alabama but doesn't go through and if you wait it hangs up on you. There is no one to answer and no way to leave a message. For all the extra wasted time and the hassle of getting your money back, I would give this company a 0 but the scale doesn't go that low. Response to your reply: 1. Why are you allowing another retailer, copycat, or unauthorized seller to sell subpar products under your name and use your logo without you protecting, your trademark and/or your patent? 2. If you are a reputable company, wouldn't you want to stop copycat and unauthorized sellers from selling subpar products? 3. It says you take great pride in the quality and authenticity of your products and want your customers to have the best experience possible. How can letting people purchase subpar, unauthorized products that you could stop with a Cease and Desist letter, if not seek legal actions to protect your potential consumers from being frauded and told, well you didn't purchase from us so try getting a refund through them. I thought you wanted to ensure that your customers have the best experience possible? 4. How can someone tell the real you when they see your logo on subpar products? 5. If you have the best customer experience possible, did you offer to send out a belt to those that are getting ripped off with subpar products since you don't stop them from representing your brand with your logo? 6. If you are not going to stop the subpar, unauthorized companies from representing you, shouldn't you then at least take care of the customers that fell prey to those companies?

Upon reviewing your purchase, it appears that it was made through another retailer. We want to assure you that this retailer is not affiliated with us, and it seems to be a copycat or unauthorized seller of our products. Our original and official website is dainelylab.com. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products and want to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. We recommend contacting the store where the purchase was made. If there's any confusion or if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help guide you in the right direction.
