Very poor service , not professional, they take money from my card after cancel my subscription from days (15) ago i asked for cancellation 15 days ago and now they take money from my account, this is a pur scam!! Be aware

I have been using this service for more than 2 years. I am very satisfied and I must say they have an outstanding services especially their customer support is excellent and very professional.

i bought add ons, they deleted my support ticket and account.

One of their client is spamming and had my data in violation of EU G.D.P.R. (the spamming domain is premiumpropertydxb.com) There is no way for me to tell Cyberpanel that their client is doing something wrong (only their Support page where to write them I have to register myself!) What it ever worse is their broken link to their Privacy page (I have a screenshot)

A very faulty control panel. Its installation is simple and meets the basic requirements, but its accuracy in configuring services is lacking. One of the big problems is the email service, as can be read in their forum (there is no support unless it is paid) which migrated from Rainloop to SnappyMail but without better results. Even my experience is that functional emails get unconfigured after restarting the server. Another point that its creators point out is that this control panel cannot be accessed through additional domains, which is normal and a basic requirement in other known Control Panels oriented to the resale of services. Their support service directs you and insists on a paid service, and specific functionality cannot be accessed unless this requirement is met. That is, it is not an Open Source software in any way, and far from reaching a professional level because the server administrator must directly access the OS, LiteSpeedServer and other services configurations to configure them manually, which from the point of view administrative and financial is an unnecessary and unjustified expense of personnel and resources. After more than a year of trying to use it professionally, I do not recommend it.

I was able to get their support regarding a hacked site. They help me to secure the server, cyber panel, and WordPress site for a small price. They have a good team with good knowledge about everything regarding the cyberpanel and OS. Really satisfied.
